Milk Question Response
Tim

Question: Which type of milk has more grams of dietary protein?

  • Whole Milk
  • 2% Milk
  • 1% Milk
  • or Skim Milk

Answer: They're all the same!

Whole milk, 2% low fat, 1% low fat and skim all have about the same amount of dietary protein. There is roughly 8 to 9 grams of protein in one 8-ounce serving.
