EAT NOW stands for Every Athlete's Tool for Nutrition On the Web. EAT NOW is the web-based component of Tim Wierman's EAT TO COMPETE TM Sports Nutrition Program. The EAT TO COMPETE TM program began as a series of live presentations delivered by Tim at hundreds of colleges, universities and sports clubs throughout North America. Today, the full EAT TO COMPETE TM Program consists of these 5 primary resources:
- Sports Nutrition Manual
- Sports Nutrition CD-ROM
- Sports Nutrition Guidebook
- Sports Nutrition Presentation (On-Location)
- EAT NOW Web-based Sports Nutrition Resource Portal
These resources cover the spectrum of nutrition education and sports nutrition science for athletes, students, athletic trainers and coaches. The EAT NOW web-based resource portal gives users 24-7 access to all of Tim's resources, including Tim Wierman, himself, by way of a two-way messaging system built right into the site!
The EAT NOW Web Porrtal includes 4 sections:

This website includes two types of Sports Nutrition Resources:
- Free Resources
- Subscription Resources
Free Sports Nutrition Resources are located along the horizontal, grey navigation bar at the top of each page.
Subscription Resources are located inside the EAT NOW members-only section. To become an EAT NOW member, all you have to do is subscribe. After you subscribe, you'll have unlimited access to all of the EAT NOW member resources described to the left.
Individual Memberships:
Individual Memberships cost $30.00 per year and may be purchased online through our shopping cart: Buy Now
Group Memberships:
Group Memberships are purchased by schools and other athletic organizations. If you are a student, or affiliated with a subscribing organization, you don't need to purchase a subscription-- your school has already done this for you. You do need to activate your account.
New Group Users-- Activate Account.
When you first Activate your account, your password will be e-mailed to you. Use this password to login, then change the password to something you can remember easily.
